XC9301A293MR-G Overview
Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Fixed dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 2V~10V and has a 2V~10V supply voltage. A -40°C~85°C dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. There are several dc to dc voltage regulator in the XC9301 series.
