This package is based on a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package which is used by it.Tube external packaging.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.In addition to this part, you can search "XC17V02" for other similar parts.3.3V is the required supply voltage.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than 225 during the process.FPGA has 20 pins.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.An operating voltage of 0.015mA is allowed for the memory chip.The part comes with a set of 20 pins.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 15MHz frequency, so I will mention that.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.The 3.3V company recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part before using it in a circuit so that it can run safely and reliably in the circuit.
