Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Packaging is done in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Because it is a type of Audio, AC '97, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. Operating performance at -25°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.8V~3.6V.
