Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Audio. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.8V~3.6V as a supply voltage.
