The UCC27524DGNR family of devices is dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate drivers that can drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches well. UCC2752x can generate high peak current pulses of up to 5-A source and 5-A sink into capacitive loads with rail-to-rail driving capability and extremely low propagation latency thanks to its naturally low shoot-through current design (typically 13 ns). Furthermore, the drivers have internal propagation delays that are identical between the two channels.
