TPS54335DDAR Description
The TPS54335-2A synchronous converter has a 4.5 V to 28 V input voltage range. This TPS54335DDAR includes an inbuilt low-side switching FET, which eliminates the need for an external diode and minimizes the number of components. The integrated 128-m and 84-m MOSFETs, low IQ, and pulse skipping at mild loads optimize efficiency. The shutdown supply current is decreased to 2 A by using the enable pin. With a well-regulated voltage reference that is 1.5 percent over-temperature, this step-down (buck) converter delivers accurate control for a range of loads.
