TPS40170QRGYRQ1 Overview
It comes in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.5V~60V and has a 4.5V~60V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~600kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters.
