TPS40170QRGYRQ1 Overview


It comes in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.5V~60V and has a 4.5V~60V supply voltage.
