The TPS26630RGER is a positive 60 V, 6-A eFuse with a 31-m integrated FET that is simple to use. In system designs that require protection from input reverse polarity errors and reverse current blocking, the TPS26630RGER has a B-FET driver to operate an external N-channel FET. TPS26630RGER includes powerful protection features that simplify system designs that require protection during industrial surge testing such as IEC61000-4-5.
