TPS22918DBVR is a single channel load switch that can be configured to have a rise time as well as a configurable fast discharge of the output. The device is equipped with an N-channel MOSFET that operates across a range of input voltages between 1 V and 5.5 V and supports a maximal continuous power of up to 2 amps. The switch is controlled via an on/off input that has the capability of directly interfacing with low voltage control signals.
