Upon delivery, a Tape & Reel (TR) case will be provided for it.A 48-TQFP case is used.It's best to mount Surface Mount.Temperature ranges vary depending on 0°C~70°C TA's operating temperature range.An output voltage of 3V~3.6V volts is available from the chip.For input, there is a LVDS form.Serializer/Deserializer is recognized that the output type of interface ic is CMOS/TTL.Operating 1 inputs is required.The device can maintain 18 outputs on it.By using Surface Mount, the device can be mounted.This electrical component is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, THine? series of products.This part must not be operated at a temperature below 0°C at any time during its lifetime.Interface is important that the operating temperature be below 70°C.
