Tray cases are delivered.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 49-VFBGA case.As a general rule, the mounting type Surface Mount should be used.There is a variation in the range of temperatures at which the device operates.There is an output voltage of 1.62V~3.6V volts on the chip.For the user to enter inputs, there is a CMOS/TTL form on which to do so.Interface ics are recognized to have the output type LVDS as the output type.28 inputs are needed to operate the machine.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to maintain 4 outputs on the device.Several pins on the chip are available for use.Mounting the device is possible with Surface Mount.This electrical component is included in the THine? series of products.
