High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Bulk. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Overall, there are 68 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. 12MHz is the frequency of the CPU. For functions of 68 pins, please refer to the datasheets. 16 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. With the Through Hole mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. From 5V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 4.5V.
