SY89231UMG Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V.
