The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
