SI5335D-B01890-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C TA, which is -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL logic levels is presented here.
