PI5A121BCEX Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353, making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. 1 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Search with PI5A121 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 10Ohm. A voltage of 2V~6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers are offering a SC-70-5 package.
