PI2003-00-QEIG Overview
There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad case that comes with it. It is suited to pack the part in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. There is a voltage of -48V applied to it. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed -40°C~125°C.
