ODD-5W Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 60V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. The photodiode operates at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
