ODD-45W Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 5V. A continuous voltage of 5V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 400pA current.
