ODD-1 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 60V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 200pA current without light input.
