Tube are used for its packaging.It is embedded in the TO-100-10 Metal Can package for cost-effectiveness.There is a common practice of using 4-Quadrant bits per stage.The device operates at a voltage of 15V.This device is supplied with a nominally negative voltage of -15V.During the period of 3MHz, a modulated radio-frequency signal occupying the frequency range is present.In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, 10 terminations are installed.Reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component with the lowest temperature tolerance.In this case, the maximum operating temperature is 70°C.The maximum supply voltage is kept at 18V for normal operation.As a member of MPY series, it is a well-known part used in a wide range of applications.
