Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 0.95V volts. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. CPUs operate at 1GHz Hz. For functions of 994 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The maximum supply current of this microprocessor is 1V. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. Temperatures above 105°C should not be used with the microprocessor. In this case, we have a CPU with only 1 core. The top frequency of the CPU is expected to reach 1GHz.
