MC68SEC000FU16 Overview
Due to its QFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. A total of 64 terminations have been recorded. A 3.3V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. At 16MHz, the CPU operates.
