A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivery.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad case.Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -40°C~105°C TA using the device.1.7V~1.9V volts are the supply output of the chip.Input can be entered using a CML form.Interface ics recognize LVCMOS as their output type.To operate the 1 inputs, there are a number of different switches.On the device, 32 outputs are possible.Mounting Surface Mount is possible for the device.This electrical component is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of products.Temperatures below -40°C are not acceptable for this part.There must be a temperature below 105°C for the operation to be successful.
