It is acceptable to ship in the way of Tube .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-WQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.This power management targets at Handheld/Mobile Devices and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid any malfunctions.It works with 2.5V~5.5V voltage.On the power management, you can find 12 terminals.There are 12 pins for the ics supply to use.A 180μA supply current should be used to supply the power ic.Overall, it supports 3 outputs.
