MAX78615+PPM/C01T Overview

Packged in Tape & Reel (TR). This package has the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad extension. An example of its use as a 3 Phase meter would be the following. This product is available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. Using a 3V~3.6V power supply, it operates as it should. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V on its low-level I/O ports. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 2V. The part has 24 terminations. The part requires a normal voltage of 3.3V. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. The supply current should be set to 8.1mA to keep the PMIC working normally.
