MAX71315ECQ+T Overview
Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a package called 100-LQFP. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. Available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. It operates using 3V~3.6V power supply. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.6V. This device displays a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. In this case, it is a 100 solution for logic gate applications. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. In order to ensure the PMIC works normally, it is advised that you set the supply current to zero. There is no limit to the frequency that can be used by this device. In this PMIC, there is a memory size 256kB incorporated into it. FLASH memory is used by the PMIC.
