MAX20003CATPB/V+ Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable (Fixed) output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. There is a switching frequency of 220kHz~2.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 36V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
