Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-WFBGA, WLBGA .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Overvoltage Protection as well as for other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.It works with 2.1V~28V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching MAX14699 .It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 180μA volts.
