LX7309ILQ-TR Overview


In the 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 9.6V~20V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 100kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. Its supplier dc dc controller package would be 24-QFN (4x4).
