optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at Down to 10kHz.
