LT3800EFE#TRPBF Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4V~60V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz.
