As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 500kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 2.42V.
