The Cut Tape (CT) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations.
