Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 52kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 60V.
