It is a part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Easy-to-carry Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped packaging. Keeping the temperature at 0°C~70°C will ensure reliable operation. You should be able to use it as long as you use 1.2V 2.5V 3.3VV power. In it, there are terminations that end in 48. 1.2V supply voltage allows high efficiency.
