With a packing size of BGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 256. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run.
