A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The mount method is Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.As a maximum, there is 2A limit to the output current.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.The supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value for operation.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.Mosfet driver ic has a configuration of 2 channels.
