ISL97656IRTZ Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 640kHz 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 2.2V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.2V.
