ISL8016IRAJZ Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 525kHz~3.9MHz.
