ISL6569CBZ Overview
Capsuled in the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.75V~5.25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
