ISL6144IR Overview
A 20-VQFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. In Tube cases, it is convenient to pack the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. We give it a voltage of 9V~75V in order to test it. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C~105°C for this component. Suitable for components connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. N+1 ORing Controller represents the device category. The FET type can be recognized as N-Channel. Among the options available for the part are 20 terminations. In this case, 20 pins have been used to design it. It is based on the ISL6144 component. Performance is delivered through 48V.
