ISL28022FRZ-T7A Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. Space is saved by offering it in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. In order for the system to function properly, the temperature must be kept at -40°C~125°C. With its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Digital Power Monitor. High efficiency can be achieved thanks to the 3V~5.5V supply voltage. It uses an analog integrated circuit POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. There are 16 terminations in total. In the reflow process, the peak temperature is NOT SPECIFIED. There are a total of 16 pins on it. The 3.3V supply voltage allows high efficiency. Currently, there is 700μA current being supplied. A total of 1 channels are available. In order for the device to work normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 3V.
