Packaged using Tube.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 9-SIP, 7 Leads package.Based on 10V~15.6V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.A normal operation of -55°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.Bootstrap Circuit, Internal Oscillator is another of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 7 terminations.In addition to the IR51HD420 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 12V.
