IR2235 Description
IR2235 gate driver IC is a high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET with power and IGBT driver that has three independent low and high side output channels that are referenced to each other for three-phase applications. The proprietary HVIC technology allows for robust monolithic construction. Infineon Technologies IR2235 logic inputs can be used with CMOS and LSTTL outputs and can be used with 2.5V logic. IR2235 MOSFET operational amplifier gives analog-based feedback on bridge voltage through an external current sense resistor.
