In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-WDFN Exposed Pad is used.A packaging method of Tube is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 8V~14V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 114V.
