FPF2701MX MOSFET includes a slew rate-controlled N-channel MOSFET as well as a slew-rated turn- to stop power bus disruptions due to "hot plugging" loads or excessive load demands for a short period of time. The range of input voltage can be set from 2.8 V to 36 V. ON Semiconductor
FPF2701MX load are able to be switched off or on by using a low voltage logic compatible ON pin. The condition of the FPF2701MX circuit can be monitored by using an error-flag pin or the power-good port.
