Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerWFQFN package.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are Synchronous Buck Converters.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 33 termination.A signal interface uses 31 pins as pronged contacts.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with SWITCHING REGULATOR.The H-bridge is an electronic H-bridge of the PowerTrench?, SyncFET? series.During a specified ambient temperature, the power supply can supply the maximum load current 50A.Furthermore, H-bridge is capable of providing ASLO REQUIRE PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE.
