Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of  10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
