There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. As a space-saving measure, it is included in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Amounting it according to Surface Mount is done. The temperature should always be kept at -40°C~125°C when the system is operating. For Secondary-Side Controller, it is an excellent choice due to its exceptional performance.
